How MiracleTek handles personal information from this website, from enquiries and from people who use the MiracleTek app. Last updated 7 November 2026.

About this page

This page covers personal information about people. How a customer organisation's operational records are protected is covered separately on Security and customer data.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no sign-in, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. Its pages, fonts and images are all served from this website, and it does not load content from other websites.

The Request a demo and Contact links open your own email program. Nothing is sent to MiracleTek until you send the email yourself.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like most hosting services, it may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the service.

When you contact us

If you email MiracleTek, for example to request a demonstration, we receive whatever you include, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, organisation and message. We use it to reply, to arrange a demonstration and to discuss your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for that purpose.

People who use the MiracleTek app

Each person authorised to use the MiracleTek app signs in through a sign-in service. MiracleTek keeps the sign-in details needed to let that person in, such as their name and email address, and the sign-in service may place a sign-in cookie on their device.

Information in the app is entered and managed by each customer organisation and handled under our agreement with that organisation. MiracleTek treats two kinds of information differently.

Master and reference data is retained. To run the app, MiracleTek keeps the customer's reference information, such as employee names and identifiers, assets, suppliers, supplier products and pricing, divisions, depots and locations. It is needed so that forms can offer dropdown selections, apply field controls and validate entries, and so that the app works effectively in the field. It is available only to that organisation's authorised users.

Transactional source data is handled temporarily. Transactions such as timesheets, purchasing, prestarts, inspections, safety, maintenance, work orders and warehouse records, including any personal information and photos in them, are held only while they are captured, validated and delivered. They may be held on the phone or tablet so that work continues without a signal. They are submitted over an encrypted connection through the MiracleTek Gateway to the customer's nominated systems, which remain the systems of record. Once delivery is confirmed, the transaction's content is removed from MiracleTek, including the copy on the device. Only a minimal delivery record is kept: the transaction reference, submission time, destination, delivery status and confirmation of delivery.

How a customer organisation's data is protected is described on Security.

How information is held and shared

Emails you send us are held in MiracleTek's email system. App sign-in details, retained reference data, and transactions while they are being delivered, are held by our hosting service, Microsoft Azure; sign-in details are also held by the sign-in service. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run our website, email and sign-in, so that they can provide those services, or where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia.

Access, correction and concerns
